A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday.
Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:
• Brima Jalloh, of Westerville, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property.
• Bradley T. Powell, of Redford, Michigan, was charged with three counts of identity fraud, two fourth-degree felonies and one fifth-degree felony; three counts of theft, two fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor and one count of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.
• Sharmarke A. Harun, of Columbus, was charged with one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; a count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Rashaad L. Justice, of Columbus, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Heather Y. Thompson, of Columbus, was charged with one count of forgery, count of theft and a count of passing bad checks, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Bryan R. Smith, of Grove City, was charged with a count of theft and a count of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.
• Joshua A. Murray, of Sunbury, was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; one count of theft, a third-degree felony, a count of having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Morgan D. Rutter, of Sunbury, was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; one count of theft, a third-degree felony and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
