Runners in the 2015 Ohio Law Enforcement Torch Run jogged down North Sandusky Street with a police escort, shortly after the run began at the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Friday morning. The torch was to be relayed at Kroger’s on Columbus Pike. The run was put on to benefit Special Olympics Ohio.
