Delaware police report:

A report was taken Wednesday morning after some paper had been found burned in a bathroom at Blue Limestone Park. No charges have been filed at this time.

A man was arrested at Kohl’s Wednesday afternoon after employees reported he had shoplifted merchandise. Police apprehended the man at the store and charged him with theft.

A caller contacted police to report an intoxicated woman sitting in the grass in the area of East Central Avenue and Estelle Street Wednesday just before midnight. Police made contact with the woman and she was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
