A June trial has been set for a Stoutsville, Ohio, man charged with 20 counts of child pornography.
Braden T. Shalosky, was arraigned in Delaware County Common Pleas Court on April 24 and entered a not guilty plea to 20 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, second-degree felonies.
At the arraignment Delaware County Common Pleas Magistrate Kristin A. Schultz scheduled Shalosky to stand trial on June 27. She also set his bond at $30,000.
According to the indictment, between April 23, 2011 and Dec. 15, 2012, Shalosky did “create, record, photograph, film, develop, reproduce, or publish any material that shows a minor participating, or engaging in sexual activity, masturbation or bestiality.”
According to the indictment, the youngest victim is less than a year old.
According to the Ohio Revised Code, the potential prison term for the second-degree felony charges is two to eight years in prison.
Shalosky posted bond on April 24 and was not in custody Wednesday.
