Delaware police report:

A report was taken at a water tower on Cheshire Road Tuesday morning. Police learned someone had tried to climb the tower through a garage door. A criminal mischief report was taken but no charges have been filed.

A traffic stop was conducted near the U.S. 23 and U.S. 42 intersection Wednesday just after 12:35 a.m. During the stop, police located marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia in the vehicle. The driver was charged with possession.
