Grand Jury issues final June indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments last Thursday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

• William L. Noggle, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Michael D. Glenn, of Sunbury, was charged with one count of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony; one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors; and one count of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

• Christopher D. Wilburn, of Sunbury, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony; two counts of domestic violence, one count of criminal damaging, one count of telecommunications harassment and one count of menacing by stalking, all first-degree misdemeanors.

• Larry R. Dickerson, of Lancaster, was charged with one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony; four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with minor, third-degree felonies; one count of importuning, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies.

• Joey Payne, of Marysville, was charged with one count of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Johnny E. Harrow III, of Sunbury, was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; three counts of domestic violence, one fifth-degree and two first-degree misdemeanors; one count of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor; one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of theft, a first-degree felony.

• Glenn S. Gilliard, of Columbus, was charged with one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

• Larry J. Hall, Jr., of Delaware, was charged with one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

• Kyle J. Mitchell, of Columbus, was charged with one count of theft and one count of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

• Nancy S. Neal, of Columbus, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Jazzman R. Tinsley, of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• James D. Wear was charged with two counts of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; six counts of theft, a fourth-degree felony, three fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors; and one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor.
