Delaware police report:

Police were called to an apartment around 3:15 a.m. Monday on Georgetowne Drive after it was reported that a woman was screaming. Police made contact with the woman and found she was having an altercation with her boyfriend. Neither party wanted to press charges and a report was taken for documentation.

A laptop and bluetooth speaker were reported stolen Monday afternoon from a home on Kettering Bend. The owner told police the theft likely occurred during his Fourth of July party last week. The laptop and speaker were worth a total of $1,730. An investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to a dead-on-arrival report at a Fieldcrest Drive home Monday evening. Police report the deceased man was 46-years-old and ordered an autopsy. The investigation is ongoing.
