Delaware police report:

A traffic stop was conducted on South Sandusky Street near Park Avenue Thursday just after midnight. Police found the owner in possession of marijuana and charged him with possession.

A police dog was used to search a vehicle during a traffic stop Thursday just after 2:40 a.m. The dog was able to locate felony narcotics in the vehicle. A possession of controlled substance investigation is ongoing.

Police took a report Thursday evening from a woman who reported that someone had made unauthorized withdrawals from her bank account. Police report there are two suspects in this case and the investigation is ongoing.

Powell police report:

Officers are investigating an alleged hit-skip crash that was reported at 1:03 p.m. Thursday. The owner of a vehicle that was parked at 484 Olentangy St. reported that another vehicle struck theirs and left the scene without reporting the crash.

Officers executed a traffic stop at 4:24 p.m. Thursday along West Olentangy Street and cited the driver for driving under suspension.
