Delaware police report:

• A 49-year-old man contacted police Monday to report that his $440 smart phone had been stolen while he was shopping at a store on Sunbury Road. An investigation is ongoing.

• Police took a report after they learned a 19-year-old had used a fake ID to buy alcohol Monday evening. A prohibition report was taken, but no charges have been filed at this time.

• Police responded to a residence on Lake Street Monday around 4:20 a.m. to investigate a domestic violence incident. A 24-year-old man told police he and his girlfriend, also 24, were arguing about relationship issues when she poured a glass of water on him and scratched his neck. Police spoke to the woman and learned she had a warrant for her arrest for a prior probation violation and she was taken into custody for the warrant. She was also cited for domestic violence.

• Suspicious persons and a vehicle were reported in the 400 block of South Sandusky Street Tuesday around 12:45 a.m. Police found the vehicle unoccupied and checked a nearby building where they found two people trespassing inside. Police spoke to the couple and found they were in possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Both were cited for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
