Delaware police report:

• A man living on East Winter Street reported that the battery was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked on the street overnight Tuesday.

• Police were summoned to a residence in the first block of Troy Road to investigate a runaway juvenile Wednesday evening. The juvenile was located a short time later and charged with unruly juvenile. The 14-year old was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.

• Officers responded to a home in the area of Reid and Lake streets after a disorderly situation was reported. After arriving, police learned two men had gone to the home and tried to start a fight with the resident before leaving. Police located the men and issued them warnings for trespassing. The man they were attempting to fight declined to press charges.

• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of U.S. 23 and Hills-Miller Road Thursday around 3:20 a.m. During the stop, police arrested a 41-year-old woman for driving under an OVI suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
