Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

• Jacob K. Ross, of Mahomet, Illinois, was charged with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 20 at 8:45 a.m.

• Lewis F. Morgan IV, of Columbus, was charged with improperly one count of improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony; one count of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 20 at 9:15 a.m.

Arraignments for the remaining individuals have not yet been set.

• Brooke V. Hodgkinson, of Delaware, was charged with possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

• Brandon Q. McNair, of Columbus, was charged with four counts of trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Michael S. Allen, of Delaware, was charged with three counts of trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Lee E. Madison Jr., of Columbus, was charged with three counts of trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies.

• Keaton K. Lenoir, of Delaware, was charged with three counts of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony and two fourth-degree felonies.

• Zachariah K. Johnson, of Marysville, was charged with three counts of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony and two fourth-degree felonies.

• William F. Terry, of Ostrander, was charged with seven counts of trafficking in drugs, four fourth-degree felonies and three fifth-degree felonies; and two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Matthew L. Terry, of Ostrander, was charged with five counts of trafficking in drugs, three fourth-degree felonies and two fifth-degree felonies.

• Shawn K. Mullen, of Delaware, was charged with trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; and one count of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

• James A. Dunham, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony; one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony; and one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

• Ciara A. Shepherd, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony and a third-degree felony; one count of possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

• Anthony C. Underwood, of Columbus, was charged with seven counts of trafficking in drugs, four fourth-degree felonies and three fifth-degree felonies.

• Pryce Johnson, of Marysville, was charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony.

• Joshua S. Moss, of McArthur, Ohio, was charged with one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth degree felony; and one count of trespass in a habitation, a fifth-degree felony.

• Brandon Burdette, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependants, fifth-degree felonies.

• Taylor R. Moore, of Edison, Ohio, was charged with one count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony.
