Delaware police report:
• A check was stolen from a resident living in a Troy Farms Apartment on Thursday morning and was later cashed. A report was taken and an investigation is ongoing.
• Police were summoned to an apartment on Bur Reed Road on Thursday afternoon. While they were at the apartment, they arrested a man for an outstanding warrant and he was charged with obstructing official business. The man, a 29-year-old, was taken to the Delaware County Jail.
