Delaware police report:

• Police responded to a hit-skip crash in a parking lot on North Houk Road on Saturday just after midnight. Police found the driver was under the influence and a white substance was found in her purse. The substance was sent away for testing. The driver was charged with OVI.

• A hit-skip crash was reported in the 100 block of South Washington Street on Friday around 4:50 a.m. Police contacted the registered owner and the owner told police the vehicle was taken without permission. A suspect was identified and the case is being investigated.

• Two dogs were running at large in the area of Littick Baseball Field on South Henry Street on Sunday afternoon. A man reported that one of the dogs bit him on the hand and fled. An investigation is ongoing.

• A teenager left his home on East Winter Street without permission on Sunday morning. The teen’s parents contacted police, but the boy later returned home. An unruly juvenile charge was forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court.
