Delaware police report:
• Police were dispatched to a business on East Winter Street Thursday afternoon after the owner reported that sometime in the last two weeks, someone spray painted graffiti on the side of the building. The matter is under investigation.
• A man was charged with obstructing official business in the area of South Liberty Street on Thursday evening after he provided police with fake information to avoid being arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. The man was arrested by police.
• A 16-year-old was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for an alcohol overdose Thursday. The teen was given medical treatment and later charged with underage consumption.
