Delaware police report:
• A report was taken in the lobby of the police department on Friday after a woman reported two children were physically disciplined and injured by another family member. Officers made contact with the family member and they acknowledged disciplining the children, but denied abuse was the intent. The incident was documented and forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for follow up.
• Officers responded to Cobblestone Drive early Saturday morning after a suspicious vehicle was reported on the street. Police found the vehicle was occupied by four juveniles. Police contacted the juveniles’ parents, all of whom were unaware their children were not home. The juveniles were all released to their parents and curfew charges will be forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court.
