Grand Jury issues first November indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Thursday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

• David L. Phelps, of Berlin Heights, Ohio, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, one fourth-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony; one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor; and two counts of failure to appear, fourth-degree felonies.

• Robert E. Osbourne Jr., of Westerville, was charged with two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree felonies, and two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors.

• Benjamin T. Ankrom, of Sunbury, was charged with domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

• Devin D. Steele, of Delaware, was charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, and one count of improper handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

• Shelli M. Cochran, of Ashley, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Joshua J. Saum, of Marengo, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of carrying concealed weapons, a fourth-degree felony.

• Alexandrea M. Moran, of Ashley, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

• Natasha L. Conley, of Galena, was charged with four counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies, and ten counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• John M. Doseck, of Columbus, was charged with four counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies, and ten counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Joshua J. McClanahan, of Springfield, Ohio, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony, and five counts of theft, four third-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor.
