Grand Jury issues indictments

A number of individuals were indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury this week.

Individuals indicted include:

• James A. Newman III, of Radnor, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• William V. Hilt II, of Delaware, was charged with one count of trafficking in drugs and one count of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Gary T. Caplinger, of Sunbury, was charged with identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony, and four counts of receiving stolen property, two fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors.

• Jasmine L. Rayford, of Jacksonville, Florida, was charged with forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

• Keyanni N. Belle, of Ecorse, Michigan, was charged with seven counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

• Meinya B. Williams Love, of Buford, Georgia, was charged with seven counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

• Ashla B. Carter, of Delaware, was charged with five counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies.

• Tiffany H. Lesjack, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

• Scott R. Owens, of Delaware, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Robert V. Jones II, of Delaware, was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony; two counts of assault, first-degree misdemeanors; and one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Christopher E. Richardson, of Delaware, was charged with kidnapping, a first-degree felony, and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Lynne A. Griffith, of Delaware, was charged with identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.
