Delaware police report:

• Police responded to a parking lot on South Liberty Street after receiving a report of a reckless driver Monday just before midnight. The vehicle was located and police spoke to the driver who was still in the vehicle. An odor of marijuana was detected and a search of the vehicle was conducted. Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia was located and the driver was cited for possession of both.

• A gas station on West Central Avenue contacted police on Monday to report that on Oct. 27 someone stole two packs of cigarettes and a cigarillo valued at a total of $15. A woman was later charged with theft.

• Police located subjects trespassing at a park in the 200 block of West William Street on Monday evening. One 18-year-old man was charged with possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. He was released at the scene.
