Delaware police report:

• A student living in a fraternity house on North Franklin Street contacted police Tuesday just after midnight to report that someone had stolen spare change from his vehicle. The student estimated that roughly $5 was stolen. An investigation is pending. A report was taken.

• Police took a report on Forest Avenue on Wednesday after a 44-year-old woman reported that she fell victim to an online job scam. She told police she received fraudulent checks and wire transferred money to an unknown party. An investigation was started after the call.

Powell police report:

• Two traffic stops were conducted at Woodcutter Drive and Sawmill Parkway on Wednesday evening. Police report the drivers were going 84 and 69 miles per hour, respectively, in a 45 mph zone. Both drivers were charged with speeding.
