Delaware police report:

A man pointed a pellet gun at another man during an argument Saturday night at a residence on Timbersmith Drive. Police learned he had been in an argument with a neighbor over dogs and he had pointed a pellet gun at his neighbor. The gun was located. The man was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing.

A man threatened residents at a home on Boulder Drive Sunday morning. The residents said an unknown man came to their home and threatened to destroy their property. He said a member of the residents’ family owed him money. The man left and no one was harmed. An investigation is ongoing.

A man was cursing and yelling in the street near Eaton Street Monday morning just after midnight. Police spoke to the man and found he was intoxicated. He said he was upset about some issues at home. He was issued a warning and officers left. However, they were summoned again to Eaton Street not long after and found him creating a disturbance at home. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Six knives and a $150 glass smoking pipe were stolen from vehicle parked on North Washington Street Friday morning.

A man was found sleeping in a truck in the area of North Washington Street Friday morning. Police spoke to the man in the truck who said he was waiting for another person. During the conversation, police dogs detected the presence of drugs in the man’s vehicle. The truck was searched and drug abuse instruments were found. The man was issued a summons to Delaware Municipal Court.

A bike was stolen from the bike rack at Mingo Park Friday afternoon. The owner said it was a neon green BMX bike worth $75 and it was gone when he returned to the bike rack to leave.

Three potted plants and a UPS package were stolen from a porch on Saddlebrook Court Saturday morning. The owner said the theft happened sometime between May 2 and June 23.
