Snow caused a number of traffic accidents Wednesday but officials said there were no serious injuries.

Officials from the Delaware County Emergency Management Agency said units were dispatched to 10 crashes throughout the day.

Troopers from the Delaware post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Wednesday afternoon they had responded to four of the crashes throughout the day.

Troopers said the most serious of the accidents were earlier in the morning with a two-car crash on Coover Road and U.S. 23. Troopers said there were three minor injuries from the accident but could not provide more details because they were still investigating.

Another accident with injuries happened Wednesday morning on Interstate 71 when two cars were involved in a crash. Trooper said only one person was injured.

Troopers added there was another minor injury during a crash in the afternoon but could not provide more information.

All the injured parties were reportedly transported to Grady Memorial Hospital.
