Delaware police report:

A fight occurred Friday night at an apartment on North Henry Street. Two brothers had gotten into a minor physical fight but neither was seriously injured. The fight was about whether a guest could spend the night at the apartment. Neither brother wanted to press charges.

A vehicle did not have working taillights while it was in the area of Oak Hill Avenue Saturday about 2:20 a.m. Police learned the driver had a suspended driver’s license. Police also detected the odor of marijuana during a traffic stop. A marijuana bong and marijuana were discovered inside the vehicle. The driver was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

A man’s face was injured during a fight Saturday just after 2:30 a.m. in the area of East Winter Street. The man said he had been assaulted by another party but declined to file charges.

Graffiti was found at the Hayes High School baseball fields Sunday morning. Police say someone spray-painted the walls of the team dugouts. Police have no suspects.

A driver pulled away from the Kroger fuel station Sunday afternoon without paying for gas. Police pulled over the woman and learned she had simply forgotten to pay for the gasoline. The driver returned to the station and paid immediately.
