Lester ‘Jack’ Hollerman

Wednesday, October 28, 2009

Lester “Jack” Hollerman, 58, died in a motorcycle accident Wednesday (Oct. 21, 2009) near his home in Caledonia.

He was born on Jan. 12, 1951 in Sharon, Pa. to Chester and Ella Hollerman. Jack attended Sharon High School and was a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Jack loved spending his time riding the open road, fishing (but not catching too many fish), playing pinball and enlightening his fellow man. He was a man of all trades, slave to none, but would have tolerated being called a biker and a rancher. Jack spent his life in search of freedom and shared that freedom with his family and friends.

Jack is survived by his “through thick and thin” wife of 31 years, Jane Hollerman; his two children Nicole and Justin; and his beloved dog Duke.

Schoedinger Worthington Chapel (6699 North High St., Worthington, 43085) will host the visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, as well as the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3.
