Barbara Jean Murray

Barbara Jean (Bejay) Murray, a former longtime resident of Delaware passed away Oct. 13 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Chesterfield, MO.

Bejay taught in the Delaware Public School System for many years. She was recognized as an excellent teacher and is still remembered by former students. She loved her family of uncles and aunts and cousins. She spent her summers at her cabin at Battle Point in Canada where she entertained many of the children that vacationed there with their families. Bejay was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and received her Masters degree from Ohio State University.
