Rosemary Rice, 70, of Lewis Center, died Wednesday, (Nov. 4, 2009) with her family by her side.

She was the retired owner of Central Pump & Supply, Inc., a graduate of Olentangy High School (1958) and a member of Genoa Baptist Church.

She is survived by her loving family, husband, Robert Rice; daughter, Rhonda Rice; sons, Richard and Ronald Rice; grandchildren, Ryan and Ronald Rice; stepgrandchildren, Melissa (Steven) Bailey and Robert and Richard (Jenny) Ramos; and special friend Anna Smith.

She was preceded in death by her biological parents, Clarence and Ada Carl and her adopted parents, Kenneth and Wilma Miller; sister, Alice Sowers; and brothers, Alvin Carl and Tom Ackley.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, with the Rev. L. Wayne Booth and the Rev. Frank Carl officiating. Interment will be in Flint Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Genoa Christian Academy, 7562 Lewis Center Road, Westerville, OH 43082.
