The rhetoric by progressive liberals in this country has reached epic proportions. Recently, we have seen a shooting in Virginia by a deranged Leftist who targeted Republicans, specifically Steve Scalise who is still recovering in the hospital from a gunshot wound.

This was not the result of right-wing talk radio or Sarah Palin targeting Democratic districts with cross hairs. This shooting was the result of James T. Hodgkinson, who has been radicalized by Left wing propaganda, who carried out his hatred for conservatives and Republicans in America.

If one were to read his tweets texts Facebook postings and letters to the editor, one would find out that he continued to spew the vitriol and vituperative language that has been promulgated by the likes of Rachel Maddow, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Keith Ellison, et. al.

Recently a video was released by a Nebraska Democrat Phil Montag saying that he was glad Steve Scalise was shot and wished he were dead. This is absolutely unacceptable rhetoric by the Left, but it is not surprising. Since 2008, Democrats have lost more than 1,200 seats all up and down the ballot including mayoral and gubernatorial races Senate and Congressional seats and most recently the White House in 2016.

Democrats are extremely frustrated because not only did Hillary Clinton lose the election, but she lost to Donald Trump, who is a business man and impresario, not a polished politician. Democrats are further frustrated because everything they have tried to stop Donald Trump has failed: impeachment; the so-called Russian meddling scandal; and the repealing of Obama care which is in a death spiral.

All of that said it is no wonder that someone as unhinged as Hodgkinson would resort to violence.
