Senior Jeff Nieman led the way as Ohio Wesleyan sits tied for second place in the team standings after Friday’s first round of the GEICO Intercollegiate tournament at Hunter Golf Club in Savannah, Ga.

Southern Illinois is leading the field with a total of 301, with Ohio Wesleyan, Bryant, and Seton Hall tied for second place at 307. Yale finished the day in fifth place at 308, followed by Lehigh (312), Appalachian State and Ohio Valley (314), and Harvard (317). Creighton rounded out the top 10 teams with a total of 320, followed by Wittenberg (321), Savannah State (326), Wheaton (330) and West Liberty State (334).... Cont'd
