COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Hillary Clinton and her running mate, Tim Kaine, have added a stop in Cleveland to their post-Democratic National Convention bus tour in Pennsylvania and Ohio, while Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is countering with a Monday town hall meeting in Columbus.
The Democratic presidential nominee’s campaign says Clinton and Kaine will hold a manufacturing-related event Sunday in Cleveland at noon before heading to Columbus for a late-afternoon rally.
Trump’s campaign Saturday announced a Monday afternoon event in Columbus, which will be his second Ohio visit in less than a week.
The Clinton-Kaine bus tour started Friday in Philadelphia after a rally at Temple University and was scheduled for stops in Pittsburgh and Youngstown on Saturday.
