Cleveland air show includes 2 new fighter craft, Blue Angels


CLEVELAND (AP) — This year’s Cleveland air show will feature appearances by the two newest fighter aircraft in America’s arsenal and the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.

The two fighter aircraft will be part of a “Heritage Flight” with a World War II-era P-51 Mustang this weekend. The show begins Friday and runs through Sunday at Burke Lakefront Airport.

Visitors also can view a Batmobile and BatCopter display, check out the latest drones and learn about the Tuskegee Airmen. Other appearances include the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute team, wing walkers and solo aerobatics.
