Black Dawg Seal Coating will be seal-coating Delaware city parking lots and bike paths in September.

Work on the Winter Street and William Street parking lots will take Sept. 28 through Oct. 1, weather permitting, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The Winter Street parking lot will be closed to traffic during the sealing-coating process.

The William Street parking lot will be sealed in sections with the eastern half being completed first. Access to the western half will be available utilizing the entrance off Union Street. During work on the western half, access to the eastern section will be available by entering off William Street and exiting using Union. When the Union Street access way is being seal-coated, access to the parking lot will be restricted.

Bike path seal-coating will take place this week, weather permitting, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Crews will seal the trail running between Noble Street and Henry Street; and the trail running along Henry, from Wilmer Street to William Street.
