A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
Audrey R. Bauman, of Westerville, was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.
Roderick S. Coates, of Westerville, was charged with illegal voting, a fourth-degree felony.
James E. Walker, of Cleveland, was charged with identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.
Michael A. Marshall, of Columbus, was charged with identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
James H. Dunham, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth-degree felonies.
Somphong Chanthirath, of Columbus, was charged with one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree, and one count of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.
Caleb D. Wilburn, of Delaware, was charged with five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.
Bryan E. Payne, of Delaware, was charged with one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony; one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
