Delaware police report:

• A theft report was taken at Wendy’s on Columbus Pike on Wednesday evening. Employees told police that someone stole items worth $20 and left. They were able to identify the suspect and an investigation is ongoing.

• A traffic stop was conducted on U.S. 23 near the East William Street exit on Thursday around 1 a.m. The driver was found to be in possession of a glass marijuana pipe and he consented to a search. He was served with a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Powell police report:

• A traffic stop was conducted at State Route 750 and Sawmill Parkway on Thursday evening. The driver was cited for no operator’s license and for having plates belonging to someone else.
