Delaware police report:
• A report of graffiti was taken at a building on South Henry Street and Weiser Avenue. An investigation is inactive pending new information.
• A 19-year-old woman was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia in the area of Curly Smart Circle on Tuesday evening.
• A theft was reported at Kroger on North Houk Road on Tuesday around 12:15 a.m. Police located a group of 18-year-old men and after an investigation, charged two of them with theft. Police also charged all four men with underage consumption of alcohol.
