Delaware police report:

• A burglary was reported at a home on North Union Street on Monday afternoon. Police charged one man with receiving stolen property and warrants were issued for another man and a woman who pawned items stolen from the home.

• A woman living on Whitewater Court contacted police Monday to report that someone videotaped her in a state of undress while she was a guest in a home on Troy Road in August. The suspect is known and police are investigating.
