The City of Delaware announced today that street sweeping will begin Monday, April 17, and the project will last for approximately two months.

“Public Works Department crews will post signs at key neighborhood entrances to alert motorists and residents of the sweeping activity,” the city said in a press release.

Residents are asked to move their cars off the street between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the days when crews are scheduled to work in the area as noted on the signs. Work will only be done on weekdays.
