• On April 9, final development plans “Seeking approval to construct two flex office-warehouse buildings totaling approximately 16,650 square feet on 2.3 acres of vacant property located north (behind) Goodwill” called Northgate Offices on Northgate Way received a continuance,” as did Campfire Brewing, following a discussion by commission members.
