Judge Randall D. Fuller has launched a new website for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. The new Domestic Relations Court website can be found at https://domestic.co.delaware.oh.us.
Fuller said, “We created the new website to enhance the users’ experience and make it easier for people to use. The new site is better-adapted to be viewed on all mobile devices, including cell phones.”
Fuller also noted the website will provide more access to those in need. He said, “In keeping with the Supreme Court of Ohio’s Access to Justice initiative, the new website provides a Virtual Resource Center, which includes links to many forms, as well as links to resources such as Ohio Legal Help and a child support calculator.”
Some examples of the forms include: Petitions for civil protection orders and divorce/dissolution documents, such as shared parenting plans, divorce decrees and affidavits.
“As society becomes more mobile with the expectation of digital access from basically anywhere, we are meeting that need head-on,” Fuller said.
One new feature of the website allows people to search for forms based on the type of case they want to file with the court. As an example, if someone wants to file a dissolution with children, they can make that selection from a drop down menu and then they can download all of the forms that need to be filed, including a checklist to make sure all necessary documents are filed with the court.
Fuller stated, “As always, it is my goal to bring the residents of Delaware County the best experience possible in what is usually a very difficult time.”
