Bo Burnham at OWU March 24

Comedian, singer-songwriter and poet Bo Burnham will perform at Ohio Wesleyan University’s “Bishop Bash” on March 24.

Burnham recently created and starred in the MTV series “Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous” and wrote a book of poetry, “EGGHEAD,” which became a New York Times bestseller. His live shows, which contain mature content, are a blend of stand-up, music and theater. Burnham currently is performing all over North America as part of his “Make Happy Tour.”

Tickets are on sale now for the OWU performance, which will be held in Gray Chapel inside University Hall, 61 S. Sandusky St. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Advance tickets are $20 for general admission, $15 for non-OWU students with valid student IDs, and $10 for OWU students and employees with valid university IDs. Parking is free. To purchase advance tickets, visit http://owutickets.com.

Bishop Bash is hosted by Ohio Wesleyan’s Campus Programming Board, a student organization that brings a variety of events to campus, including festivals, a cappella concerts, comedians and novelty acts.

Burnham was the youngest person ever to record a half-hour Comedy Central special at age 18.
