Delaware police report:

Two juveniles were reported to be smoking marijuana at an address on Carriage Drive Friday about 2:30 a.m. Police spoke to the juveniles, a boy and a girl, who had court orders to stay away from each other, and acknowledged they were not supposed to be together. The boy was found in possession of a marijuana pipe during the investigation. The juveniles were released to their parents and charges of marijuana paraphernalia possession were forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court.

Mansfield Warehouse on Park Avenue was broken into overnight Thursday. An employee told police several pieces of electronic equipment from an office was stolen and several desks were rifled through. An investigation is ongoing.

A .38-caliber revolver was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Bruce Road overnight Thursday.

A fight between two juveniles took place at a residence on Bruce Road Friday afternoon. After the fight, one of the boys’ mother took the other boy’s phone. The phone was returned later and the other mother said she wanted to pursue charges for theft. A report was taken and filed with the municipal prosecutor’s office.

A man was stumbling in the area of North Sandusky Street Friday evening. Police spoke to the man and found him extremely unsteady and intoxicated. He told police he was making his way to the fairgrounds where a friend would pick him up. Police transported the man to the fairgrounds but found no one. The man was taken into custody for intoxication and held at the city jail until sober.

A 25-year-old woman was sobbing in her car and blocking traffic on South Sandusky Street Saturday morning. Police spoke to her and saw she had visible injury to her face. She said her boyfriend had assaulted her and then fled on foot. A domestic violence report was taken and a warrant was issued for the man’s arrest.

A woman showed police a text from a friend that indicated the friend had been assaulted at her apartment on Ross Street Saturday morning. Police went to the home and found the victim with visible injuries to her face. Her boyfriend admitted striking her and he was taken into custody, charged with domestic violence and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

Police noticed a man stumbling down North Sandusky Street Sunday at 1:30 a.m. Initially the man ignored police and kept walking but eventually stopped to speak to them. He was determined to be intoxicated and taken into custody. He was held at the Delaware City Jail until a sober party came to pick him up. He was issued a summons for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
