Delaware JROTC students take fourth at regional competition

The Delaware County AFJROTC Phantoms took fourth place out of 23 entries in the “Unarmed Division Color Guard: category at the Air Force National JROTC Mid-Valley Region Drill Championship at the Nutter Center at Wright State University on March 19. From left are Jared Stevens of Hayes High School, color guard commander Max Grani of Hayes, Noah Woods of Hayes, and drill team commander Eli Smith of Olentangy. The Phantoms also placed fourth overall out of 23 Unarmed Division teams from 11 states at the championship. Their other awards included third in inspection and fifth in unarmed exhibition.
