Delaware police report:

A woman on Blymer Street said her ex-boyfriend threatened her over the phone Tuesday morning. She told police her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend threatened bodily harm against her over the phone. She said she has since blocked their numbers on her phone and blocked them on social media. She didn’t want to press charges but wanted officers to document the incident.

A father claimed his adult son assaulted him Tuesday night at his residence on Acme Road after an argument over the phone. The man had injuries on his face and was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital by Delaware firefighters. Police spoke to the son who also had visible injuries to his face. The son told police his father had assaulted him. He was also taken to Grady Memorial. A report documenting the conflict was taken and no charges have been filed yet.
