Delaware police report:

A stolen vehicle was recovered in the McDonald’s parking lot on Sandusky Street Monday night. Police report the vehicle was stolen from a Marysville resident. The investigation has been transferred to Marysville police.

A car was scratched with a key overnight Saturday while it was parked in a lot on Water’s Edge Circle. After an investigation, police determined a 22-year-old Columbus woman was responsible. She was charged with criminal damaging.

Two residents of an apartment on South Franklin Street were taken to the hospital Sunday night after fighting each other. Both residents were taken to the hospital for treatment. No charges have been filed.
