Columbus man indicted in firearms thefts

A Columbus man was indicted Friday by Delaware County grand jury for allegedly stealing guns from his neighbor.

Andrew S. Fellure, 25 of Columbus, was indicted Friday on seven counts of theft, which are third-degree felonies, and three counts of receiving stolen property, fourth-degree felonies. The charges were filed after a Columbus resident noticed several firearms had been taken from his home.

“The defendant in this case was a trusted neighbor who had access to his elderly neighbor’s house,” said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O’Brien.

An arraignment date has not yet been scheduled.

Other individuals indicted by the grand jury Friday include:

• Martamis Anthony Woods, 30, of Columbus, on three felony counts of trafficking in drugs.

• James N. Rinehart, of Lewis Center, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Joson R. Carroll, of 92 Hayes St., Delaware, on a charge of notice of residence address change, a second-degree felony.

• Katrina E. Roberts, of Utica, Ohio, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of tampering with records, fifth-degree felonies.

• Jose A. Jimenez, of Tampa, Florida, on three counts of theft, which are fourth-degree felonies, and three counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies.

• Santos F.M. Romero, of Hialeah, Florida, on three counts of theft, which are fourth-degree felonies, and three counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies.

• Hector E. Gonazalez, of Hialeah, Florida, on three counts of theft, which are fourth-degree felonies, and three counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies.

Arraignments have not been scheduled in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
