The 2015 BIA “Parade of Homes” will launch again this year with its preview party.
This year’s parade features six new homes ranging in price from $550,000 to $700,000 in the new Northstar Community, developed by Nationwide Realty Investors and The Robert Weiler Co. in Delaware County at State Route 37 and Interstate 71.
This first look allows guests to tour the event’s high-end, luxurious homes before the general public, while enjoying a party atmosphere.
The preview party features a progressive dinner, along with beverage pairings, by Cameron Mitchell Catering Co. The party takes place Thursday, Sept. 17, from 5 to 9 p.m. With proceeds benefiting Habitat for Humanity and BIA Foundation charities, tickets are $75 per person ($90 after Sept. 9) and can be purchased at BIAparade.com.
The “Parade of Homes” takes place Saturday, Sept. 19, through Sunday, Oct. 4. Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $15 at the door. Advance tickets are available online at BIAparade.com. Children 12 and under are admitted free and parking is $5 per car.
The parade is sponsored by America’s Floor Source, First Federal Lending and Royal Building Products. Additional information, including a complete event schedule, is available at BIAparade.com.
