A Medina man has been indicted by a Delaware County grand jury for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Paul W. Wright III, 18, of Medina, was indicted Friday by a grand jury on two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. One charge is a second-degree felony and the other is a fourth-degree felony.
He is also charged with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, which are fourth-degree felonies; and a charge of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a fifth-degree felony.
Delaware County sheriff’s deputies report that on April 9 a woman came to the county jail to report that a juvenile she knows told her she had sexual contact with Wright while they were at a Galena residence.
According to the indictment, Wright on Feb. 20 allegedly had sexual contact twice with a girl between the ages of 13 and 16. The indictment says he also created, reproduced or published obscene material with a minor as one of the participants or portrayed observers.
An arraignment in Delaware County Common Pleas Court has not yet been scheduled.
Judge Everett Krueger will preside over the case.
