The Delaware school board will consider approving the list of 2016 graduating seniors, as well as several small construction projects at its meeting today.

The first item on the agenda is approving the seniors at Hayes High School for graduation — those who have met all graduating requirements. Graduation is at the stadium at Hayes High on May 21 at 10 a.m.

The board will also consider approving a couple of improvement projects.

The first project is an asphalt repair and striping project throughout the district. The project will be done by M&D Blacktop Co. and will cost $39,870.

The second project is roof repair at Conger Elementary School. The project has been contracted to Weatherproofing Technologies and will cost $219,986.

The board will also consider approving a number of resignations, including Barb Keister and Sarah Holliday, teachers at Smith Elementary School; and Richard Fisher, a teacher at Hayes.

The board will also consider approving the employment of David White and Maddison Brown, who will teach at Hayes, and approving contracts for certified employees and summer enrichment camp staff.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Technology Center at 621 Pennsylvania Ave.
