Delaware police report:

A man was arrested after threatening to “go on a rampage” Wednesday night in the area of East Central Avenue. Police were told the man had said he had a gun and was threatening to “go on a rampage.” Police took the man into custody without incident. He was charged with inducing panic.

A Honda lawnmower was stolen from a detached garage near a home on North Washington Street overnight Tuesday. An investigation is ongoing.

A woman told officers she had been receiving unwanted communications from her former boyfriend Wednesday night. The woman reported he had called and left her messages in a threatening voice and sent threatening text messages. Police took a report but no charges were filed Wednesday.
