Delaware police report:

A bike was stolen overnight Tuesday from a residence on Heritage Boulevard.

An asset protection officer at Kohl’s on Sunbury Road told officers Wednesday afternoon that someone had entered the store and stole a set of headphones earlier that day. The employee said the headphones are worth $380.

A bike was stolen from Ohio Wesleyan University’s campus Wednesday afternoon. The owner, a 19-year-old, said the bike was a black Trek worth $600. Police have no suspects.

A bicycle was damaged outside an apartment on Georgetown Drive Wednesday evening.

A dog was running loose in a neighbor’s yard for a number of hours Wednesday evening in the area of High Street. Police spoke to the owner, who has been warned before against allowing her dog to roam. Officers said charges of animals running at large will be issued in the next week.

A homeless man was arrested at Tim Horton’s Wednesday night. Police said the man was in possession of a hypodermic needle and syringe. He was arrested and charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked car on North Union Street Wednesday night.
