Delaware police report:

A couple was arguing at a business on North Houk Road Sunday just before 1:30 a.m. Police were called but no charges were filed.

A 16-year-old was found consuming alcohol at a home on Mineral Court Sunday just after 4:30 a.m. Police took the boy into custody and charged him with underage consumption and transported him to the juvenile detention center.

A firearm was found during a traffic stop Monday night in the area of East Central Avenue and Channing Street. Police said the man had a loaded firearm but no concealed-carry permit. He was cited for improper handling and released by police.

Police were summoned to a home on North Washington Street three times Monday after midnight for a loud disturbance. A resident was finally arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and permitting noise.

Two men were attempting to steal a stereo from a vehicle parked on Spring Street. Police interrupted the men and the two took off on foot. Police said they were unable to catch the two men. As the men fled, they dropped several of the items they had stolen from the vehicle.

A license plate was stolen from a vehicle on Oakwood Drive Saturday afternoon. Police have no suspects.
