Delaware police report:

A 25-year-old female was reported to be the victim of a dog attack late Wednesday night at an address on Cheshire Street. The incident is still under investigation.

An underage party at an address on Parkville Court was reported by an anonymous source Wednesday night. Five underage suspects, including two minors, were arrested for unlawful consumption.
